Od anti\u010dke Gr\u010dke i Rima do savremenih ve\u010dera i proslava, vino je simbol u\u017eivanja, presti\u017ea, ali i zdravlja \u2013 naro\u010dito kada se govori o \u010da\u0161i crvenog vina uz obrok. Me\u0111utim, kako medicina napreduje, postaje jasno da vino ima i <strong>potencijalne koristi<\/strong>, ali i <strong>ozbiljne rizike<\/strong>, posebno ako se pije neredovno ili u velikim koli\u010dinama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pozitivni efekti vina (u umerenim koli\u010dinama)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Zdravlje srca i krvnih sudova<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crveno vino sadr\u017ei visoke koli\u010dine <strong>polifenola<\/strong> (posebno <strong>resveratrola<\/strong>) koji imaju antioksidativna i protivupalna svojstva. Njihova uloga je da:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pobolj\u0161aju funkciju krvnih sudova,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>smanje oksidaciju lo\u0161eg holesterola (LDL),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pove\u0107aju nivo za\u0161titnog holesterola (HDL),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ubla\u017ee stvaranje krvnih ugru\u0161aka.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovi efekti obja\u0161njavaju takozvani <strong>&#8220;francuski paradoks&#8221;<\/strong> \u2013 \u010dinjenicu da Francuzi, i pored ishrane bogate mastima, imaju relativno nisku stopu sr\u010danih bolesti, delimi\u010dno zahvaljuju\u0107i konzumaciji crnog vina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Mogu\u0107a za\u0161tita mozga<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resveratrol mo\u017ee imati i <strong>neuroprotektivno dejstvo<\/strong>, jer pobolj\u0161ava protok krvi u mozgu i mo\u017ee usporiti kognitivno propadanje. Neka istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da umerena konzumacija vina mo\u017ee biti povezana sa smanjenim rizikom od:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>demencije<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alchajmerove bolesti<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>mo\u017edanog udara<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Antioksidativna podr\u0161ka organizmu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim resveratrola, vino sadr\u017ei i <strong>flavonoide i tanine<\/strong>, koji poma\u017eu u borbi protiv slobodnih radikala \u2013 molekula koji o\u0161te\u0107uju \u0107elije i ubrzavaju starenje, pa \u010dak i nastanak tumora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Dru\u0161tveni i psiholo\u0161ki efekti<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pijenje vina u dru\u0161tvenom, opu\u0161taju\u0107em okru\u017eenju, posebno uz obrok, mo\u017ee imati i <strong>psiholo\u0161ke koristi<\/strong> \u2013 doprineti opu\u0161tanju, boljoj komunikaciji i smanjenju svakodnevnog stresa. Naravno, ovo va\u017ei samo kada alkohol ne postaje sredstvo bega ili rutinska navika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"750\" src=\"https:\/\/izabranidoktor.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14\" srcset=\"https:\/\/izabranidoktor.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-2.png 600w, https:\/\/izabranidoktor.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-2-240x300.png 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rizici i negativne strane vina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Alkohol kao potencijalno opasan faktor<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bez obzira na sastojke, <strong>vino sadr\u017ei etanol<\/strong> \u2013 psihoaktivnu supstancu koja uti\u010de na mozak, jetru, metabolizam i hormone. \u010cak i male koli\u010dine vina pove\u0107avaju rizik od:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>zavisnosti<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>bolesti jetre<\/strong> (masna jetra, ciroza),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>povi\u0161enog krvnog pritiska<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>nekih vrsta raka<\/strong> (dojke, debelog creva, jetre, usne \u0161upljine).<br>Istra\u017eivanja iz poslednjih godina sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e nagla\u0161avaju da <em>nema potpuno bezbednog nivoa alkohola<\/em> kada se govori o kancerogenim rizicima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Uticaj na san i mentalno zdravlje<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako vino mo\u017ee olak\u0161ati uspavljivanje, zapravo <strong>naru\u0161ava kvalitet sna<\/strong>, smanjuju\u0107i fazu dubokog sna. Dugoro\u010dno, to mo\u017ee dovesti do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>umora,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>razdra\u017eljivosti,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anksioznosti ili depresije,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>smanjene mentalne jasno\u0107e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Zavisnost i tolerancija<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Redovno pijenje vina \u2013 \u010dak i umereno \u2013 mo\u017ee postepeno dovesti do <strong>psihi\u010dke i fizi\u010dke zavisnosti<\/strong>, naro\u010dito kod osoba sa porodi\u010dnom istorijom alkoholizma. Telo vremenom razvija toleranciju, pa je za isti efekat potrebno vi\u0161e alkohola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Pove\u0107anje telesne mase<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vino je visokokalori\u010dno \u2013 jedna \u010da\u0161a crvenog vina ima oko <strong>125\u2013130 kalorija<\/strong>, bez ikakvih hranljivih vlakana ili proteina. U kombinaciji sa grickalicama ili dezertima, \u010desto postaje skriven izvor gojenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/izabranidoktor.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15\" srcset=\"https:\/\/izabranidoktor.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-3.png 600w, https:\/\/izabranidoktor.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-3-200x300.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko vina je zaista \u201ezdravo\u201c?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Medicinski saveti se uglavnom sla\u017eu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Do 1 \u010da\u0161a vina dnevno za \u017eene<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do 2 \u010da\u0161e dnevno za mu\u0161karce<\/strong><br><em>(\u010da\u0161a = 150 ml crvenog vina sa oko 12% alkohola)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ipak, <strong>ne preporu\u010duje se osobama koje ina\u010de ne piju da po\u010dnu s konzumacijom vina \u201ezbog zdravlja\u201c<\/strong> \u2013 sve koristi koje se pripisuju vinu mogu se dobiti i iz drugih izvora (crno gro\u017e\u0111e, borovnice, orasi, zeleni \u010daj&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ko ne bi trebalo da pije vino (ni u malim koli\u010dinama)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trudnice i dojilje<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deca i adolescenti<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Osobe sa zavisnostima<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ljudi sa bolestima jetre, pankreasa ili hipertenzijom<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Osobe koje uzimaju lekove koji reaguju sa alkoholom<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vino mo\u017ee biti deo zdravog stila \u017eivota \u2013 ali samo ako se pije umereno, odgovorno i uz obrok.<\/strong> Crveno vino sadr\u017ei korisne antioksidanse i mo\u017ee \u0161tititi srce i mozak, ali alkohol kao supstanca nosi rizike, \u010dak i u malim koli\u010dinama.
